This course is designed for Hotel managers, Travel / tours agents and general staff in the hospitality business.

4, Improving your facilities
There are some quizzes along the way so that you can see what you have learned. These appear after each module. The pass mark for all quizzes is 70%. Don’t worry, if you fail the first time, you can review the course and then have another go.
Once you have completed the course you can print of your certificate to prove you have completed and passed!
